The idea

High-level sport is not just an image of management. It is a place where decision-making under pressure, teamwork and a performance culture are played out in real time. 2ECL helps clubs turn this know-how into premium training for the executives and managers of the companies in their business club, their partners and their region.

The club becomes a place of learning: it draws on its coaches, its experts, its methods and its facilities. This is not just a seminar in a stadium: we design and run learning journeys that can last a season or more.

Train the trainers

Who for
High-level or elite athletes with business experience and a university-level education.
Entry criteria
University level · sporting level · dual culture of elite sport and business · knowledge of the club's sporting world.
What it enables
Delivering the club's 2ECL programmes, under the responsibility of the programme directors.

The pathway is designed to lead to a university micro-credential in executive continuing education. Its terms (credits, duration) will be set out later.

Rooted in research

2ECL draws on a group of professors and researchers who study the transfer between sport and management, in both directions.

Part of the training revenue is devoted to research.

A growing network

We are building a network of clubs and local experts in several cities and countries across Europe.
