Coach, captain, referee, teammate: four roles to stay clear-headed under pressure, decide, commit for the long run and prevent psychosocial risks.

Preparation
Individual T0 assessment (4 roles), preparation meetings and briefing for management and HR.

  - Know yourself: resources, automatic reactions, warning signs

  - Stay committed and set a direction
3. Part 3
  The referee role
  - Decide under pressure and set protective limits
4. Part 4

Recovery & assimilation
Personal programme carried out over 90 days, feedback and a review at 6 months.

Evaluation
Individual T0 positioning, assessment of knowledge and behaviour at the end of the seminar (T1), field feedback at 90 days (T2), new measurement at 6 months (T3).
