The programme

A season
in four stages

  1. 1

    Preparation

    Cultural audit, preparation meetings, and awareness sessions for management and the safety department.

  2. 2

    Competition

    1. Part 1

      The trainer of the rule

      • Understand the role of the coach-manager in safety culture
      • Understand the purpose of rules
      • Grasp the coach's role in teaching the rules
    2. Part 2

      The captain of safety

      • Understand the role of the manager-captain in safety culture
      • Grasp the key attitudes of the prevention captain
      • Master the fundamental techniques of successful communication
    3. Part 3

      The referee of safety

      • Understand the role of the manager-referee in safety culture
      • Become aware of the concepts of arbitration and sanction
      • Integrate the concepts of sanction scale and pedagogy of sanction
      • Understand the importance of developing team rules of conduct
    4. Part 4

      The teammate of safety

      • Understand the role of the manager-teammate in safety culture
      • Grasp the key attitudes of the prevention teammate
      • Integrate a personality model, “Player Profiles”, to better understand and communicate with team members
    5. Part 5

      Action plans

    Recovery & assimilation

    Implementation and monitoring of action plans, executive coaching.

  4. 4

    Evaluation

    Evaluation of acquired skills: exploratory interviews before the training, role-playing and workshops during the training, and a questionnaire at the end of the training.
