      • Grasp the key attitudes of the coach
      • Master the notion of coaching
   2. Part 2

      The captain hat

      • Understand the role of the manager as captain and leader
      • Grasp the key attitudes of the captain
      • Integrate the captain's speech
   3. Part 3

      The referee hat

      • Understand the role of the manager as referee and defender of the rules
      • Grasp the key attitudes of the referee
      • Become aware of the concepts of arbitration and sanction, or develop them
   4. Part 4

      The teammate hat

      • Understand the role of the manager as teammate and unifier
      • Grasp the key attitudes of the teammate
      • Integrate the notion of relay and delegation
   5. Part 5

      Action plans

   Recovery & assimilation

   Implementation and monitoring of action plans, executive coaching.

   Evaluation

   Evaluation of acquired skills: exploratory interviews before the training, role-playing and workshops during the training, and a questionnaire at the end of the training.
