   1. Part 1

      Team performance factors

      • Discover the 7 performance factors of a team (physical, mental, strategic, tactical, technical, collective and axiological levers) with a sports coaching workshop
      • Take ownership of your team's 7 performance factors in a workshop format: identify your team's strengths and weaknesses on each lever
      • Define your team's operational actions for the 7 performance factors
   2. Part 2

      Relational intelligence

      • Discover the different personality styles in your team (striker, midfielder, defender and goalkeeper) with a sports coaching workshop
      • Identify your profile and those of your team members to develop collective intelligence through role-plays
      • Define the operational leaders for each team project according to the 7 performance factors
3. 3

   Recovery & assimilation

   Implementation and monitoring of action plans.

4. 4

   Evaluation

   Evaluation of acquired skills: exploratory interviews before the training, role-playing and workshops during the training, and a questionnaire at the end of the training.
